HOW IT ALL BEGAN

My journey with contrast therapy began a few years ago when I was going through a period of stress, anxiety and depression. Between work and family, I was burning the candle at both ends and I felt exhausted. One day at the gym, a stranger pointed out to me that I didn't look good...

He told me about breathing, meditation and cold showers. I was skeptical but willing to try anything.

The benefits I felt on my body and mind from the cold were incredible. I had more energy, slept better and my mood improved! I started studying the science of cold therapy and I was hooked.

After growing tired of cold showers and baths at home, I decided to develop a cold therapy tool that was practical and fun to use. A few months later, the Pod went from idea to product. With a lightweight design and convenient features, it's portable, durable, compact and looks cool!

I then worked on the design of a portable sauna to allow me to complete my contrast therapy in the comfort of home. The Tropical Sauna was born.

Since then, I've been on a mission to share the power of cold therapy with anyone who needs to reset their body and mind.
